TELEPHONE CONTACT
I offer two types of telephone contact
- Initial Phone contact - where I call you, to find out more about your needs, your information, and how I can help-- takes about 15 min and those first 15 minutes are always free! Go to the contact form page and fill out a brief form, and I will call you as soon as possible (within 1 business day and usually much faster). This call is always made by me, a qualified Registered Nurse!
- Telephone visit- used when an in-person visit is not possible. I recommend in-person homecare visits for the best results. However, the telephone visit could be practical for a list of questions that do not require hands-on assessment, but which you prefer to ask a registered nurse. There is a fee per hour, in half-hour increments, for telephone visits.
