In-Home Visits (not urgent care)
Home visits are the cornerstone of my nursing services. I go to your home or the home of your family member to assess, check in on him or her, set up medications, provide client education, offer suggestions or recommendations, take vital signs, assist with wound care, and so on. I can make one visit or more as you require, for the assistance you are looking for. Cost is per hour and will be discussed prior to charging you. Most cases will be a flat fee per hour, and will be much more reasonably priced and safer than going out of your home for healthcare. Complex cases will be slightly higher (for example, if involving tube feeding, IVs, peritoneal dialysis, etc.). AtHome Helpful RN follows the latest CDC guidelines for infection control. I follow strict handwashing protocols and wear protective masks to visits. I wear gloves and PPE when appropriate.
Urgent Care In-Home Visits
While I am not a substitute for *regular physician care* OR calling *911*, I can make urgent visits to your loved one's home to assess him/her for any non-life threatening health condition. These visits are made ASAP and will be priced slightly higher than regular home visits. If the urgent situation is deemed by the Registered Nurse to require 911 or hospitalization, this will be discussed this with you first, and AtHome Helpful RN will make the call to 911 if desired.
